Led by Clément, our VP Product, Younited Product team is focused on making the best solutions available to our customers on the market, both merchants and end-consumers. We work together with all Younited teams – from sales to operations – to ensure the future success of our products !

Within this team, Benefits solution is our latest newborn, with high ambitions !

Reporting to VP Product, you will be responsible of the Benefits solution, both from a product perspective (vision, solution evolution, etc.) and through supporting business development.

Missions 🚀

Supporting the sales & marketing team to develop benefits program:

  • Support Sales & Marketing in developing the Benefits Program

  • Participate in pre‑sales meetings with prospective and existing partners.Contribute actively to RFP responses and commercial proposals

  • Identify additional partner needs to feed product evolution

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership:

  • Build and execute the strategic vision for the Benefits solution across Europe

  • Identify, scope, and deliver new Benefits features to keep the solution best‑in‑class

  • Lead prioritization of Benefits topics within the global Younited roadmap

  • Monitor RUN activities to ensure high customer and partner satisfaction and drive optimization initiatives

  • Stay connected to market and competitive trends to foster innovation

Solution Governance & Partner Management :

  • Manage providers and strategic partners involved in the Benefits solution

  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance…)

  • Oversee the operational and governance model of the solution to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability

Profil recherché

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of Product Management experience in B2C SaaS products, ideally including high‑engagement platforms such as discount, rewards, loyalty, or voucher apps

  • Location: Based in Paris, France

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

  • Product savvy: A passion for exploring emerging product trends and testing new apps

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take on challenges, welcomes feedback, and is driven to improve every day

  • Tech fluency: Eager to understand how things work, comfortable working with development teams

  • Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making

  • Efficiency: Skilled at leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and delivering on time

  • Attention to detail: Ability to spot and fix potential issues early in the process

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics for various audiences
